A non stop 30min HIIT Hop style workout. Designed to help introduce, harness and even re-instate you to the basic style & feel of Hip Hop Dance. This class will teach you foundations, grooves, moves & combinations for social environments, fitness, enjoyment and also performances. It is a fun-filled and easy class that will teach you to count in beats and take your first steps into becoming a better Hip Hop Dancer. It is a perfect class for all ages and groups. It is highly recommended for some family fitness fun. 

 

*This class is perfect for beginner, intermediate and advanced dancers looking to sharpen their skills and get fit through hip hop dancer.
